Whether you are running for fun, towards one of the races in the race calendar or undertaking one of the shop-provided training plans, Running Well will keep you on target. Whether a beginner starting out or a more advanced runner, your running will benefit not only from the assistance the app will give, but also from the community of runners you will be joining.

Key App Features and Benefits
Dashboard - View a summary of your running totals, upcoming runs and future races.
Training Calendar - Create new runs and view upcoming runs, marking them complete as you finish them.

Race Calendar - View details of upcoming races, recommended by your shop.

My Races - View and edit your upcoming races, setting major races.

Training Plans - View available training plans, to target goal races or improve basic performance. Access plans to download them to your training calendar.

Shoes - View and edit your shoes, allowing the tracking of distance to monitor shoe lifetime.

PBs - Record your recent and all time PBs against race distance.

Settings - Select your running level and choose your running days.
